Applications

MF dispersant can be used in dye industry serves as filler and dispersant.

MF dispersant can be used in leather industry and rubber industry server as auxiliary tanning agent and stabilizer, respectively.

MF dispersant can be used in building industry server as water-reducing agent.

Properties

MF dispersant is supplied as brown powder or aqueous brownish-black liquid

A kind of anionic surface active agent with nicer dispersion and stability, acid proof, alkali resistance, salt tolerance, hard-water resistance, high temperature resistance non-permeability, non-foam ability.

MF dispersant has affinity for protein fiber and nylon and no affinity for cellulose fiber.

MF dispersant can be divided into four types, Type I with fine dirt pick-up, type II with high thermal stability and high wear resistance, type III withexcellent dispersion, type IV server as filler can reduce cost,type V server as filler for reactive dye can improve alkali stability.

Usage

Grinded with MF in sand mill, then added other composition and went to next working procedure.

Method for using MF-V:mix with MF-V with reactive dye in certain rate,experiment must be done before practical use. Data related to this just for reference only.

Packaging, transport and storage

(1) Powder MF dispersant is available in 25kg or 50kg film-lined bags. Liquid MF is available in sealed plastic or iron drums. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

(2) Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.

(3) Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of MF dispersant are one years under normal conditions for powder and half a year for liquid. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.

Health and safety

(1) Once splashed into eyes or skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

(2) Inedible. When eating by mistake, drink sufficient water to urge to vomiting, and then go to hospital.

(3) No littering. Caution should be taken to protect environment.
